Catching the Buzz: Beekeeping for BeginnersIn ‘Catching the Buzz: Beekeeping for Beginners,’ you will learn what is required (time, effort, cost) to manage honeybees in northern Minnesota. You’ll also learn basic beekeeping skills, hive placement, different types of honey bees, what tools to use, and personal protection options.

You will also assemble your own Langsroth hive from a kit, and you’ll be able to leave class with a completed bee box!
