Rug Making with the Duluth Folk School
Would you like to learn rug making with the Duluth Folk School? Then you’re in luck! We have a new class open for registration – Rag Rug Making!
Scandinavian loop weaving is a simple and durable technique that uses no thread or looms, and turns trash into treasure! Bring old bed sheets or other fabric that can be easily torn into strips, and a pair of sharp scissors.
Two or three sheets will make an oval 2’x4’ rug. Some extra materials will be on hand. You’ll get a good start on your rug, and finish it at home.
