Two Color Block Printing

  • August 5, 2019
    5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

In this class, you will learn methods for creating a block print in more than one color. We will create 2 blocks, and layer 2 colors on our prints. You will make a simple register to line up your blocks for proper placement of color and also see how to create a wooden register if you’d like to continue at home. You can create a series of note cards or framable prints to take home along with your carved blocks and register. Handouts will be provided with instructions and materials list.

Instruction and all materials. By the end of class, you’ll go home with completed note card-sized prints, 2 blocks to make more prints on your own, a simple (cardboard) register and framable prints if you choose to make those.
