Sharper Living: Reviving Your Knives
-
March 8, 2026
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
A dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp one. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art (and science) of sharpening kitchen knives and everyday blades. We cover different sharpening tools and techniques, as well as care and maintenance for sharp edges. You’ll walk away with sharper tools, sharper skills, and the confidence to maintain your blades at home. Bring a few of your own knives to practice on.
