Cultural-Patterns: A Creative Collage and Painting Workshop

Bring paper copies of photos of your ancestors, their textiles, and cultural artifacts to collage into a unique composition. Decorative Nordic patterned papers, small canvases, brushes, and acrylic paint will be provided. Join Alison as she shares her paintings as inspiration for you to create your own artwork and to celebrate your family heritage in colorful pictures and patterns.

Registration Includes

Instruction and supplies will be provided.

You should bring…

Bring paper copies of photos of your ancestors, their textiles, and cultural artifacts to collage into a unique composition. Also bring a smock, and you are welcome to bring your favorite paint brushes, but brushes will be provided.

Skill Level

This class is for anyone.

No experience necessary

Adults and youth 13 + are welcome to register
