– Beginning Insight Meditation (Canceled)

  •  August 2, 2025
     4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

What is it like to have a mind?  As humans we have each been given this wonderful, creative tool, yet most of us were not trained on how to use it.  The result is that we can sometimes feel trapped in cycles of thought and controlled by our impulses.   This class is an introduction to the beginning principles of Insight Meditation- a practice where you observe, and over time quiet the constantly thinking and judging mind.
