Ferment Your Own Veggies!

Duluth Folk School instructor Angela KrickFermenting your own vegetables is tasty, safe, easy, and good for you! Join us to learn how easy it is to preserve and enjoy your vegetables by fermenting them!

Instructor Angela Krick will teach you all about the process of fermenting, and you will participate in making your own fermented vegetables. You will also have an opportunity to taste different varieties of fermented vegetables, and you’ll go home with some fantastic recipes! This is a family friendly class (each person attending must register; children must be accompanied by an adult).

We will have a variety of fresh vegetables, and each participant will choose vegetables, chop them up and get their own “Minnesota Kimchi” started – you’ll go home with your first batch!
