Shannon Laing

I consider myself both a lifelong learner and a lifelong teacher. Nothing makes me happier than to see the lightbulb go off over someone’s head when I teach or guide. I learned to knit in 2000 and love to share this portable craft whenever possible. Cooking and baking are also passions and as Brand Manager at Whole Foods Co-op, I was fortunate to be able to teach people of all ages about cooking from scratch, naturally and economically.
