I am the owner of Duluth Kombucha, a kombuchery in a cool city next to an even cooler lake. I spend my days talking to my SCOBYs, my dogs, and on more than one occasion, myself – out loud in public.

I grew up in Arizona and thought it would be fun to move somewhere that puts you at risk for hypothermia when you’re just taking out the garbage. I’ve discovered the secret to enjoying winter here: curling! I most recently tucked a win under my belt against a gold medal Olympic curler. Sure, it was because he had to forfeit because he was in Pyeongchang, but a “W” for me nonetheless!
