Lucie Amundsen

Lucie Amundsen is co-owner of Locally Laid Egg Farm. She and her husband, Jason, attended the School of Hard Knocks, earning a degree in poultry studies. She has taught college courses at the College of St. Scholastica, and lots and lots (and lots!) of workshops.
