Justin Wood

Born in old New England, I came to know Duluth and its sweetwater sea on a transcontinental journey in 2010 and have lived here ever since. An advocate of the ‘Rucksack Revolution,’ I have traveled across continents searching for mountains, good food, stories and the kindness of strangers.

As a lifelong learner, I have had the great fortune to pursue myriad interests by working as a bicycle mechanic, charcutier, chef de cuisine, brewer & now as the proud owner and operator of Almanac Coffee.
