Jonathan Wolfe
Jonathan worked in a bakery in high school, loves to garden, and is often found in the kitchen baking, fermenting, or cooking up something scrumptious. Lately, he has enjoyed teaching others how to navigate their way around the kitchen. He has taught classes on Thai cooking, homemade fruit sodas, making fermented foods like Kimchi and sourdough, and also dabbles in woodworking and other homesteading activities.
