My baking journey started with making boxed birthday cake with my mom. As I grew, there were Christmas cookies, and then the adventures really began when I started baking competitively for the Multnomah County and Oregon State Fairs. After multiple Best in Shows, dozens of blue, red, and white ribbons, I started baking deserts weekly for a restaurant near my home in Portland, OR. Since moving to Duluth 2 years ago I have been biding my time while getting my kitchen remodeled, but the last tile is in and it’s time to get that oven shaking!
