I have been obsessed with all aspects of home brewing for about 5 years. I built a brewery in my basement and typically brew 10 gallon all-grain batches. I love the experimentation and endless possibilities. Belgian beers, barrel aging, and wild ferments are my current passion. As well as trying to come up with some contraption to make the process more efficient. I am also deeply involved in the Northern Ale Stars, our local homebrew club.
