Three Mushkateers

Becky Gamache

I’m Becky Gamache, and with my daughters, we are the Three Mushkateers! We are a mother-daughter trio, and we’ve been making and selling mushroom kits for two years to raise money for Camp Miller. One third of our trio enjoys eating mushrooms, but all three of us love to watch them grow!
I have been a preschool teacher since 1996 and most recently teach for Duluth Public Schools and the University of Wisconsin-Superior.  I believe in providing play-based experiences for children (and adults need plenty, too)!  I teach at Lowell Elementary/Barnes Early Childhood Center where I am blessed to be able to play in the woods with children almost every day!
Emma is 15 years old and has attended Camp Miller the past 7 years and will now be training to be a counselor.  She enjoys camping in the summer, spending time with friends, volleyball and softball.
Caroline is 11 years old and this will be her 4th year at Camp Miller.  She enjoys camping, basketball, making slime and outside you will most likely find her up in a tree or as high as she can get on the rocks.
