Dr. Steve Sternberg

Associate professor at University of Minnesota Duluth, Chemical Engineering Department. Lyndon and I opened a chocolate laboratory at UMD in 2016. We have taught nearly 100 students how to make chocolate from bean to bar, and we have given many tours of the lab to a wide variety of groups (from pre-school to University for Seniors). We like to visit Trinidad and Tobago with our study abroad class ‘Chocolate in Trinidad.’
