Lyndon Ramrattan

An immigrant from the Caribbean island of Trinidad, and Northlander for over a decade, he has a long and diverse family history in cocoa and coffee farming on the island of Trinidad. Co-lead of the “Make Chocolate in Trinidad” Short term study abroad program run out of the Dept. of Chemical Engineering and the U of M, Duluth Campus.
