Emma Verstraete

Emma Verstraete has always hated to sit still or have idle hands. Over the years this has led to a great affinity for various handicrafts ranging from sewing, quilting, and knitting to paper crafts such as book binding. When she’s not fiddling with a pair of socks or an English paper piecing project she can be found reading her way through a science fiction and fantasy series or planning the next session of the dungeons and dragons campaign she runs. As archaeologist and mapmaker, she loves to combine precision, imagination, and whimsy in her projects and her teaching style.
