Quick Breads for Beginners

Together we will review the main concepts and techniques involved in the class of baking called quick breads. We’ll make banana bread together, but use it as a vehicle to learn about ingredients, equipment, baking methods, and other key information for successful quick bread baking.

Registration Includes

Instruction and all materials are provided.  You will go home with a small loaf of banana bread and the skills to make that and additional types of quick breads at home.
