Make a Felted Scarf

Treat yourself, and create a colorful felted scarf that will keep you warm, and lift up your spirits throughout the winter!
The magical felting process of marrying wool fibers and silk fabric together happens with soap and water and a rubberized drawer liner!
Registration Includes
All materials are provided ($25 value). You will be provided with a silk scarf (you can choose your color) , Merino wool, and an array of embellishments to make your very own one-of-a-kind sensational scarf.
What goes into our class pricing? As a local nonprofit, Duluth Folk School is committed to supporting both our instructors and community. We want to compensate our instructors fairly, keep class sizes small, and keep our doors open—while also keeping prices as low as we can.

Student Requirements
- Skill Level/Prerequisite Skills: No artistic ability required or knitting or sewing just show up and have some fun – let that inner child out.
- Best for Ages: 18 and older
- You should bring: Bring a pair of scissors, an apron, several old or well-worn bath towels and a smile. Be sure to wear comfortable, casual clothing that you won’t mind getting wet. Wear comfortable shoes, because you’ll be on your feet!
