Decorated Focaccia

Crispy, bubbly, chewy and the perfect accompaniment to any summer meal, restaurant-worthy focaccia is achievable in your home kitchen. And when you decorate it with herbs and vegetables, it becomes a showstopper.

You’ll learn to mix, knead, proof, decorate, and bake focaccia and take home your own beautiful loaf.

Registration Includes

All instruction, ingredients, and tools are included ($25 value). You will go home with a one loaf of focaccia.

What goes into our class pricing? As a local nonprofit, Duluth Folk School is committed to supporting both our instructors and community. We want to compensate our instructors fairly, keep class sizes small, and keep our doors open—while also keeping prices as low as we can.
