We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

Everything you need to know to brew the best ‘buch on your block. We will cover ingredient selection, brewing, fermenting, bottling and flavoring while tasting some delicious kombuchas. You’ll also receive answers to all of the unknowns in between. Get brewing now!

This is a hands on class where you will take part in the brewing, as well as some tasting and you will take home your own baby SCOBY to begin the process for yourself.

If you want to know about continual brewing, recipe ideas, tea sourcing or more, bring your questions because if you want to know you can bet someone else does too!

Registration Includes

You will go home with your first gallon of starter tea (which will become your first kombucha!), a recipe, and a SCOBY.

You should bring…

You will need to bring a one gallon jar with a wide mouth to transport your new SCOBY home as well as to live in happily forever. This can be ceramic, glass, or food safe plastic, and it will need a lid for the car ride home, but not once you arrive home. You will also need to bring a strainer, a tea towel, a measuring cup with a spout and a cooking pan that holds at least a gallon of water.
