As Ole Man Winter blows into the north, be cozy and well in the comfort of your home with herbal goodies for your natural medicine cabinet. Learn about 6-12 essential botanicals to help you cope with winter ills and chills, the common ailments that frequent the season.

You’ll feel more self sufficient once you learn how to create teas, tinctures, tonics, and more. You’ll be hand crafting 4 herbal products to take home with you for your natural medicine cabinet working with botanicals from White Pine to Rosehips.

Registration Includes

You will go home with the following: 

  • 1-2 Winter Teas
  • 1 Antiviral/Antibacterial Tincture
  • 1 Immune System Tonic
  • 1 Sauna Blend or Aromatic Diffuser Blend

You should bring…

  • Basket or tote to carry botanical products home in
  • Notebook or personal plant journal

Skill Level

Beginner Herbalism knowledge is helpful, but not necessary.

Best for Ages…

13 and older.

Additional Purchases Available

The instructor will have extra glass tincture bottles if people need them and extra bulk herbs if people would like to create more teas at home. (All optional)
