February 25, 2023
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Wine 101 aims to make the world of wine fun and inclusive. You will dive into the basics of wine: how wine is made (from field to glass!) and the different styles of wine. You will learn how to decipher all those hard-to-understand wine labels in the liquor store. There will also be an introduction to tasting wine, and you will taste different styles of wine as we talk about them. You will be equipped with informational materials to use when tasting wine at home as well as your own wine tasting journal!

Participants will taste different types of wine and go home with an informational packet on Wine 101 as well as a wine tasting journal! They will be better equipped to pick out their own wine in a liquor store too.
