Have you dabbled in herbalism and are now ready to take a deeper dive into learning and doing? Here’s a class that will help you create intentional, sustainable health. Urban Herbal is a full day course for city folks serious about herbs, wellness and being happy urban dwellers during these stressful times. Sure, you can live in the burbs or be rural and still sign up!

Each section of this class includes solid foundational botanical medicine info and a make-n-take where you’ll hand craft several herbal products to bring home for personal use.

• Emotional ER: Flower Essences to the Rescue
• Environmental Health: Herbs to Help Detox
• Botanicals for Contemporary Life Stress
• Creating a Home Herbal First Aid Kit

Registration Includes

Students head home at the end of the day with their own natural-botanical medicine starter first aid kit!

You should bring…

Please bring six 1/2 to 1 ounce size glass tincture bottles (available at the Whole Foods Co-op or online). Also, bring a container (tote bag, basket, small pack), to bring all your herb goodies home. All herbs and other materials and supplies are included in the cost of tuition.
