Create a kit to help you enjoy fresh greens year-round! Class includes a sprout kit and a hand-made planter!

If you like to garden or love fresh salads, and our long winters leave you craving fresh greens, this class is just for you. During this class you will learn how to grow indoor salad sprouts year round. It doesn’t matter how much light you have in your house or even if you have a south facing window! You will learn how you can make these healthy sprout salads at home for a fraction of the cost of the supermarket. Food doesn’t get much fresher than this, and you will know exactly what went into it.

You will have a hands-on demo of how to grow indoor sprouts, and then you will get to taste various sprouted greens. Afterwards you will assemble your very own sprout kit with your favorite seed mix to take home and grow. Your kit will include a beautiful hand-made clay planter, made by the instructor! Here are some examples:
