Does gathering in the light of community, feeling that sense of warmth and connection after these years of isolation sound good to you? It sure does to us!
Join us for The Current Collective’s* Campfire Conversations!
~ monthly hosted conversational spaces to connect in community
We won’t actually be around a campfire, but in the cozy community space offered by our partners, Dovetail Café & Duluth Folk School. We’re creating a space and time to be together, build relationships, and experience what a hosted conversation makes possible.
We invite you to actively participate in a dialogue: not a presentation you can observe, not a Q&A, not a debate with sides, but an engaging conversation with a center. That center will be a different question we’ll explore each month with the hosting expertise of the Current Collective.
There are many ways to host meaningful conversations. Have you heard of World Café? Open Space? Circle Process? Collective Story Harvest? If not, no worries, all you need to do is show up with a curious mind, open heart, and a willingness to bring your voice.
And if you find group spaces slightly intimidating, please join anyway! We’d love to have you here, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how easy and satisfying it is! No previous experience or particular knowledge is needed.
Walk-ins welcome if seats are available.
Come early and have some dinner or a drink at Dovetail Café before the conversation begins! (once we begin, drinks are welcome but there won’t be space for food)
