Open Mic hosted by John Sonofmel

  •  November 21, 2018
     6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

What’s a poetry challenge and how do you build a story without knowing what it’s about?

To learn how, attend the Duluth Folk School’s first Spoken Word Open Mic Event!

Help the school usher in Thanksgiving with a gratitude-themed spoken word event, hosted by John Sonofmel. Bring a story to tell, poems, an anecdote or two, or take the three word poetry plunge!

Join us, the night before Thanksgiving, to send grateful season’s greetings of eloquence far and wide, for the spoken word is meant to be heard.
