Ski Coat Rack
-
December 8, 2025
5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Our repurposed ski racks are a hit everywhere and now is your opportunity to make one of your own (or make one as a gift)!
We’ll take skis that are cast-offs from our friends at the Chester Bowl ski program and turn them into creative and unique coat racks. Or if you prefer, you can bring your own old skis and we’ll make them into something new. In the process, you’ll be able to practice a few basic skills with a drill, hacksaw, square, and level. This is a great class for parents and kids.

What goes into our class pricing? As a local nonprofit, Duluth Folk School is committed to supporting both our instructors and community. We want to compensate our instructors fairly, keep class sizes small, and keep our doors open—while also keeping prices as low as we can.
Thank you for participating in our local handcraft and education economy! Together, we help keep Duluth a fun and vibrant place.
