Sharpen Up!

  •  September 26, 2019
     6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

In this class, we’ll be learning the basics of getting a good edge on a tool. Whether it be a knife, a chisel, or a pair of scissors, this is your chance to no longer feel embarrassed about all those dull knives in your kitchen!

Stones and some sample blades will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own needy edges.

This is not a demo – this will be hands-on, and your hands will be in the dirty stone water, so be prepared to get a little messy!

Registration Includes

Instruction and use of sharpening stones. You will leave with a wicked sharp blade!

You should bring…

Bring a knife or blade of your own that you’d like to use, to practice sharpening.

Skill Level

No prior experience needed.

Best for Ages…

18 and older.

Materials Available

You will have an opportunity to purchase sharpening stones after class.
