Justin Anderson is a multi-instrumentalist, bagpiper, and occasional vocalist living in Duluth, Minnesota. Justin has performed with a number of local acts over the years on cello, guitar, banjo, bass, various other stringed instruments, and miscellaneous percussion.

His solo performance currently revolves around tenor banjo, 5-string banjo, resophonic guitar, Scottish smallpipes, and a new endeavour working with the Irish uilleann pipes.

Drawing heavily from the ballads, work songs, and dance music of North America, Scotland, Ireland, England, and Scandinavia, Justin’s playing style is also greatly influenced by Hawaiian slack-key, country blues, Cajun, European Traveler, labor movement, and Romantic era music.
