Cory Coffman is a Duluth-based musician. Over the past decade he has become a sought-after drummer and percussionist, known for his dexterity and diverse musical background. Now, his focus has shifted from percussion performance to that of his own creative work – songwriting. Yep, no longer hiding behind a drum set, he’s front and center with a guitar and mic. Watch out!

In November 2018, the public debut of his work Weeping Willow was released under the name The Cuckoo Bees. The album was well-received and made its mark nationally on college and independent radio stations. The Cuckoo Bees created quite the buzz performing live around the region as a trio, before disbanding in 2019.

Now, Cory has set off on a new solo adventure, gaining momentum and capturing audiences along the way. He’s an ‘eclectic blend with foot-tapping fun and poetic depth… catchy songs that you will wake up singing.’

His new and anticipated recordings are due out in early 2020.
