
Make Your Own Felted Flowers

Everyone loves a pretty flower…now you can make your very own using some basic wet felting techniques, and a few tricks. Mix and match color pallets that excite your eye and inspire you to display them as a bouquet or add them as an embellishment to your favorite hat or scarf.
Registration Includes
Using wool from Clover Valley Farm’s Happy Sheep with guidance from farm owner/operator, Cindy Hale, you will get to make two felted flowers. The first will introduce you to the process and the second will be for you to explore your own inspired colors, shape & texture. All supplies and materials for two felted flowers will be provided, additional wool and wet felting stones will be available for purchases from the instructor.
You should bring…
A bath towel, an apron, a bowl or ice cream bucket (to hold soapy water), a notebook, and pens/pencils (for sketching and notes), and finally, a plastic bag to bring your wet projects home.
Skill Level
No special experience required.
Best for Ages…
13 and older (children must be accompanied by an adult. They can work as a team or both can register individually, each registration will make two felted flowers)
