Knitters love the rich textures produced by cable patterns, but let’s face it – the wrong side of the work just isn’t pretty. This limits where you can use. But what if you could create a cable that showed the same on both sides? Just think – collars, hood edgings, and whole scarves. A whole new world of possibilities opens up. In this class, you’ll learn how to create two-sided cables that are just as pretty on the front as the back. You’ll work with a swatch to practice on and go home with an original pattern for a cable and lace scarf. You’ll also learn how to convert almost any cable pattern to the two-sided version with simple pattern modifications.
Participants will go home with the experience working on two-sided cables and an original pattern for a cable and lace scarf.
