In this class, you will get to know the sensory side of coffee by tasting, evaluating and comparing the flavor, quality and regional differences found in coffee. You are encouraged to come well hydrated!
**Coffee will of course be provided!
Registration Includes
At the end of class you will be able to choose a 4 oz. bag of Almanac Coffee to take home with you ($8 value).
You will also go home with a comprehensive knowledge of the craft & science of coffee and will be able to discern the myriad differences in processing techniques, sourcing, evaluating, roasting and brewing.
You should bring…
You don’t need to bring anything but you may want to bring a notepad and something to write with for taking notes.
