Every home is different, and it’s important to understand the basics of how a home works. This class will meet at an in-progress residential home to develop a general understanding of a residential building from roof to foundation. We will cover topics like structural elements, plumbing, electrical, common issues, and finishes.
In this class, two instructors: a general contractor, and a real estate agent, will discuss common problems with homes, discuss common problems with homes, and cover some basic maintenance needs with real hands-on examples.
