In this hands-on class, you’ll transform a stack of fabric, cord, and thread into a portable nylon hammock. Using Airwave ripstop nylon, renowned for its enhanced breathability and comfort, you’ll learn essential outdoor gear construction techniques such as material selection, sewing methods, and sewing machine adjustments. While previous sewing experience is recommended, all enthusiasts eager to dive into crafting their own gear are welcome. Join us and craft a hammock that promises comfort and durability for your next outdoor escapade!

Instruction and all materials are provided. You will go home with your own hammock!
