
Hand Cut and Painted Stenciling

In this class, you will learn how to create hand-cut stencils which can be used to create beautiful designs on fabric.
The instructor will bring a wide array of examples and samples of her work for inspiration. You may want to turn your fabric into a wallet, a wall hanging, or… what can you imagine??
We hope to spark and excite your inner creative spirit with this fun stenciling technique, as you learn to mix pigments and dive into the world of surface textile design!
Registration Includes
By the end of class, you will have the knowledge to hand-cut your own stencils, you’ll learn how to mix pigments with base concentrates, which companies to order first rate textile supplies from, and you’ll have a completed 18″ x 18″ cotton square with your own textile design. This class is sure to be fun!
