Generalities of Reading the Body

  •  August 13, 2026
     5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

In this introductory class you will have a chance to explore the clues and better understand the messages our bodies reveal through the face, tongue, fingernails, and more. Each color, line and marking on the face, tongue and nails holds meaning of your internal health. Each organ has corresponding indications on the face, nails, tongue and toes!

What do your thinning eyebrows mean?
Why is there a crease in your earlobe?
Will the lines go away?
Are they simply from being outdoors?
Why are your nails ridged?
Have spots or cracks on your tongue?

Registration Includes

You will go home with an introductory knowledge of the signs and clues your body is giving you as a guide to the balance of your organs systems and how you can see the changes. Handout included.

What goes into our class pricing? As a local nonprofit, Duluth Folk School is committed to supporting both our instructors and community. We want to compensate our instructors fairly, keep class sizes small, and keep our doors open—while also keeping prices as low as we can.
