Felted Slippers
-
March 24, 2019
11:00 am - 6:00 pm
There is nothing warmer or more fun to wear in the winter than a pair of felted slippers that were made just for your feet!
The process for making the slippers is very straightforward. You will start by tracing a pattern of your foot from which to create a plastic resist pattern. We’ll start with Norwegian wool for the base material, and then we’ll add interesting and fun designs by adding wool shapes, yarn and other materials. By the end, we’ll shape the slippers with hot soapy water to shrink and shape them down to the size that fit your feet.
No special skills are required other than a sense of adventure that comes with the joy of learning something new!

Unfortunately, the wait list for this class has also filled up! We’ll be offering this class again in a few months, so keep your eyes peeled!
I would love an email when there is a new class available, however, i understand if your schedule does not allow this. Today was the first time i seen the class. Many days i am busy and just don’t go through my face book. I will fill in my onformation below.
Hi Gail. We were just talking about this today. We don’t have a good system in place yet, but we’re trying to figure out a way to make it easier for people to hear about new classes. Stay tuned – hopefully we’ll get it figured out soon!
