Embroidery

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

Embroidery may seem like an irrelevant art form these days, but it isn’t just for putting flowers on napkins and dresses. Embroidery can be used on any fabric or clothing item to create unique pieces ranging from a piece of art for your home to adding personal touches on clothing, bags, and hats. In this class you will learn how to select materials, tools, and patterns as well as the basic stitches of embroidery. After class you will be able to begin any project large or small on your own. In class you will receive beginner materials such as a hoop, fabric, needles, and thread. A variety of patterns will be available for you to choose from for your first project. We will begin projects in class for you to complete at home.
