Crochet a Magic Carpet

  •  April 16, 2020
     5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Take scraps of fabric and an extra large crochet hook, and you can create your own colorful “magic carpet.”

You’ll cut strips, discover a seamless joint, and create a rug in either a traditional oval or an adventurous chevron.

Registration Includes

The instructor will provide the instruction to make both styles of rug, and you will go home with the start of the rug of your choice.

You should bring…

Scissors, size N or P crochet hook, lots of scrap cotton fabric (the equivalent of 6 – 8 old cotton t-shirts, or 1 – 2 cotton sheets would work nicely).

Skill Level

Students should know how to chain and single crochet.

Best for Ages…

13 and up
