Chainsaw Sharpening

Is a dull chain saw blade causing smoking and burning, and making it difficult for you to cut your way through logs? In this class, you’ll learn how to sharpen your chain saw blade, which will help you to cut more faster and efficiently, and that can help avoid messy chain saw accidents.

In this class you will learn how to sharpen your chainsaw chain, and how to keep it sharp.

Registration Includes

All instruction is included, as well as the chance to use different tools to help keep your chainsaw chain sharp and in good tension.

Skill Level

This class doesn’t require any special skills.

Best for Ages…

18 and older.

You should bring…

Bring your chainsaw, with chain on the bar. If you have the maintenance kit that came with your chainsaw when you bought it bring that. If you have your owner’s manual, bring that. If you have a round chainsaw file, bring that. We’ll have rags available, but you are welcome to bring some along.
