This is a five-day class for city folks who are serious about herbs, wellness, and being happy urban dwellers!

Have you dabbled in herbalism and want to know more? Or do you want to start from the beginning? This is a series that will help you create intentional, sustainable health. Each class includes solid foundational botanical medicine info, and a make-and-take where you’ll handcraft several herbal products to bring home for personal use. Join instructor Gigi Stafne, Master Herbalist and Naturopath for this series!

  • Monday   Home Natural Medicine Kit
  • Tuesday   Emotional ER: Flower Essences to the Rescue
  • Wednesday   Environmental Health: Herbs to Help Detox
  • Thursday   Botanicals for Contemporary Life Stress
  • Friday   Single Parent Survival Kit -or- Herbs for Kids (this one is for parents/grandparents thinking of kids health)

Registration Includes

Instruction, herbs, materials and supplies.

Skill Level

Urban Herbal is appropriate for all skills, from beginners to students studying professional herbalism.

Best for Ages…

18 and up.

You should bring…

A tote bag/basket/etc. to bring all your herb goodies home in.
