In this class, you will get outside and connect with nature through observing and sketching. It’s time to fill up those empty journals and see nature with new eyes!
Fully experience the natural world through your senses as we draw and write about plants and animals in the field. You can plan on a morning spent outside connecting with nature through observing and sketching. We’ll engage in simple sketching exercises to help enhance your observation skills and improve your ability to draw what you see. And, ultimately, it’s not about how artistic your drawings are, it’s about relaxing your mind as you lose yourself in nature. Grab a journal and come see nature with new eyes. All skill levels are welcome.
