Fermenting your own vegetables is tasty, safe, easy, and good for you! Join us, and learn how easy it is to preserve and enjoy your vegetables by fermenting them!
You will gain insight into the process of fermenting, and you will participate in making your own fermented vegetables.
You will also have an opportunity to taste different varieties of fermented vegetables, and you’ll go home with some fantastic recipes!
We will have a variety of fresh vegetables you can select from. Each participant will choose vegetables, chop them up and start their own “Minnesota Kimchi.” You’ll go home with your first batch!

You should bring…
Participants will need to bring a sharp knife for cutting vegetables, a clean mason/spaghetti jar with lid (unsterilized is fine) and a cutting board.
